1-Year Parts Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Automat warrants the original purchaser that the Automat Mat Washer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, Automat will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part determined to be defective in materials or workmanship.

This warranty covers parts only.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Labor, service calls, or technician travel expenses.
  • Installation, removal, or reinstallation costs.
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable items.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper operation.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or unauthorized modification.
  • Damage caused by failure to perform required maintenance.
  • Damage caused by freezing, water conditions, electrical issues, or other conditions outside the equipment's normal operating requirements.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the operation of the equipment.
  • Damage caused by the use of improper chemicals, detergents, or cleaning solutions.
  • Parts or equipment that have been modified, repaired, or replaced by an unauthorized person.

Customer Responsibilities

The owner is responsible for proper installation, operation, maintenance, and use of the Automat Mat Washer in accordance with the applicable operating and maintenance instructions.

Failure to properly maintain or operate the equipment may void applicable warranty coverage.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Automat and provide:

  • Equipment model and serial number.
  • Date of purchase.
  • Description of the issue or suspected defect.
  • Photographs or video of the issue when requested.
  • Any additional information reasonably requested by Automat to evaluate the claim.

Automat reserves the right to inspect or require the defective part to be returned before approving a warranty claim.

If a claim is approved, Automat will provide the applicable replacement part or repair the defective part at its discretion. Labor and associated service costs are not included under this warranty.

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts as described above. Automat makes no other express warranties except those specifically stated herein.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Automat shall not be responsible for incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Automat Mat Washer.

This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless otherwise authorized in writing by Automat.
